When you connect accounting integrations, we access your financial data via read-only OAuth. This data is queried at brief generation time and is not stored on our servers.

3. Data processing

Your intelligence briefs are generated using AI language models (Anthropic Claude). The prompts sent to these models contain your business context and aggregated market data. AI providers do not retain or train on this data under our enterprise agreements.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by DigitalOcean. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit, and access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Accounting integrations

When you connect Xero, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks, Clarivian receives read-only OAuth access. We can never modify, move, or delete your financial data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard or directly from your accounting provider.

6. Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@clarivian.io. Upon account cancellation, all data connections are immediately revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days.
